TojBet may void a bet in the following circumstances: obvious pricing error as described above; event cancellation or postponement beyond the applicable time limits; match abandoned before completion of the applicable betting market; or verifiable evidence of match manipulation or corruption relating to the event in question. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the player's TojBet wallet.
TojBet offers live in-play betting on cricket, football and other sports. In-play odds are updated in real time and reflect the current state of the match. TojBet reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice — typically during significant match events such as goals, wickets or red cards when odds are being recalculated.

Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using a bonus to make low-risk or zero-risk bets that exploit the wagering requirement without genuine play, and systematically placing bets on both outcomes of the same event using bonus funds. If TojBet determines that a player has abused any promotion, TojBet reserves the right to withdraw the bonus, void related winnings, and close the account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on TojBet and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:
TojBet cooperates with relevant authorities in investigations involving fraud, money laundering, match manipulation and underage gambling. TojBet may report suspicious account activity to regulatory bodies or law enforcement agencies without prior notice to the account holder.
TojBet reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable suspicion that the account is being used in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
During a suspension, TojBet may withhold funds pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a violation occurred, TojBet may permanently close the account and may withhold funds in accordance with applicable regulations and these terms.
You may close your TojBet account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and the remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met. Account closure does not affect TojBet's right to retain records of your activity as required by applicable regulations.
An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant by TojBet. TojBet will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder via registered email before any action is taken. After 24 months of inactivity, TojBet may apply a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 against the dormant balance, up to the total balance available.
